Safety reports
To report conduct, content, or an account that may violate our community rules, email [email protected] with the subject Safety report. Include relevant account details, a description of the concern, and supporting information, if available. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Billing and subscriptions
For subscriptions purchased in the iOS app, manage cancellation through your Apple Account's subscriptions settings and request eligible refunds from Apple. For access or entitlement questions related to Bambi, email [email protected].
